A good sauna bath will make you sweat a great deal. It’s good sauna etiquette to be clean when you go in the sauna so that sweat is coming from a fresh, clean body. You should also ensure that you are well hydrated and bring extra water and your own towel to sit on in the sauna.
Unfortunately children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the sauna.
The sauna is primarily based at Rosemarkie Beach. We also take the sauna on the road to host sauna experiences at other locations across Highlands and nearby Lochs.
We ask our users to bring their own clean towels to sit on during their sauna. Between users, our saunas are fully ventilated and cleaned in an environmentally friendly way. Additionally, saunas operate at high temperatures (up to around 90C/195F) which provides a sterilising effect in itself.
Are you insured?
Yes, Highland Mobile Sauna has £5m public liability insurance.

the door to the stove must remain closed.
● Appropriate personal protective equipment will be supplied and must be used.
This will consist of protective gloves, a metal shovel to collect the ash, eye
protection and a dust mask.
● Ash will be collected in a metal ash bin with a lid that can be sealed to avoid
any escape of ash.
● At the end of each day cooled ash will be transported home to be composted. This is the safest
